Williams Development Group sold a 400,000-square-foot building within the Young Mills Industrial Center to EQT Exeter for $41 million. The Triad Business Journal reports that Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery, which has signed a long-term lease, is renting the warehouse at 4023 Maddux Drive in Greensboro.

Youngs Mill Industrial Center, which sits on roughly 190 acres, is a master-planned project with approximately 2 million square feet of industrial space. The park has different owners. NFI Industrial owns the park’s remaining acreage and is marketing it with CBRE for build-to-suit opportunities.

In addition to the recently sold building, Williams also developed a 280,000-square-foot spec building that sold to Lincoln Property Co. in 2021. Peloton and its parent company, Precor, occupy the building, Williams said.
