Williams Renews 354K SF at Namesake Williams Tower

Williams Cos., one of the nation’s leading natural gas infrastructure operators, renewed its 353,944-square feet at its namesake office building, Williams Tower. Located at 2800 Post Oak Blvd., Williams Tower is a 64-story trophy office in Houston’s Galleria submarket.

Headquartered in Tulsa, OK, Williams employs nearly 700 employees at the Williams Tower, the highest employee count outside of Tulsa. Transcontinental Gas Pipeline, the tenant’s subsidiary, has been lead tenant in the 1.5-million-square-foot building since it delivered in 1983.

Dave Hanusa, Bonnie Kelley-Dienna and Jason Presley with CBRE represented the landlord, Invesco Real Estate. Ronnie Deyo and Beau Bellow of JLL represented the tenant. Invesco Real Estate bought Williams Tower in 2013, and it is 92.3% leased.
