Williams Equities Arranges 20K SF of Leases in Midtown

Williams Equities has negotiated a long-term, 20,000-square-foot office renewal and extension with Bernhardt Furniture at its flagship office and showroom located at 136 Madison Avenue in Midtown. The global furniture manufacturer will continue to occupy the entire third floor.

136 Madison Avenue is a 17-story, 300,000-square-foot property with a tenant mix including Syracuse University, Regus, Wacoal, impact.com, and Green Key. Peter Sabesan and Matthew Feigen of CRESA represented Bernhardt Furniture in the transaction.
