William Kaufman Signs 6 Lease Deals at 767 Third

The William Kaufman Organization recently finalized six new leases and renewals at its 767 Third Ave. office property. The leases totaled approximately 22,894 square feet.

They include a new lease for the United Nations University, along with renewals for national law firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan; investment management services firm Spring Owl Asset Management; property manager SJS Management; real estate law firm Barness & Barness LLP; and financial services firm Cavalier Hill Financial.

Michael Lenchner, vice president & director of leasing of Sage Realty Corporation, WKO’s leasing and management division, represented ownership in-house in all five transactions. NKF’s Andrew Margolin represented the United Nations University; Michael Monahan of CBRE represented Stroock & Stroock; Lenchner dealt directly with Spring Owl; Jeffrey Zund of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented SJS; and Steven Kaplan of Lansco Corp. represented Barness & Barness. David Burton of Vanguard Global Real Estate represented Cavalier Hill.
