William Hartman Joins CBRE Life Science Team in NYC
William Hartman has joined CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction team in New York City as vice chair. Hartman specializes in life science landlord and tenant representation.

Prior to CBRE, Hartman was an executive managing director at Cushman & Wakefield. Over his 33-year career, he has been involved in more than 15 million square feet of leasing and sale transactions. Hartman turned his focus to life science in 2005 and has since established himself as a leading national and international life science expert, leading assignments in markets such as San Francisco, Boston, Houston and London.
