Willco Hires Tom Regnell as CEO

Potomac-based development firm Willco has hired D.C.-area real estate executive Tom Regnell as CEO. Regnell has spent the past six years as president and CEO at the Chevy Chase Land Co. before stepping down earlier this year.

Regnell has also spent time at WashREIT, where he spent 19 years as a senior vice president and managing director. At Willco, Regnell will lead a larger company with a notable development pipeline.
