Will Wellness Sell in Multifamily? Hall Group Thinks So

Dallas-area real estate developer Hall Group is seeking out WELL Multifamily Certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) for its under-construction Hall Arts Residences in the Dallas Arts District. The 28-story luxury residential high-rise is the first multifamily development in Texas to register and apply for certification.

WELL is a performance-based system that measures, certifies and monitors features of an internal environment, which impact human health and wellness. Features include air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort and mind. Upon its 2020 opening, Hall Arts Residences would receive WELL Certification following testing and evaluation by the Green Business Certification Inc., WELL’s certification body.

Hall Arts Residences consists of 50 for-sale units starting at $2 million. Units range in size from 1,600 to more than 10,000 square feet.
