Wile Interests Prepares for Medical Plaza West

Wile Interests is getting ready to build Medical Plaza West, a 70,000-square-foot, Class A medical office building in Katy, TX. The project will be part of the mixed-use Katy Green, also a Wile Interests development.

The Houston-based developer handed over the leasing assignment for the speculative project to CBRE; Brandy Bellow Spinks will be leading the leasing teams. The building will be at Interstate 10 between Barker Cypress and Greenhouse Roads, situated across the freeway from Texas Medical Center West and a few miles from Memorial Hermann Hospital. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 2019.

Katy Green is a 16-acre development, with a retail component built out in three phases. Tenants include Torchy’s Tacos, Wingstop, Pita Pit and Snappy Salads.
