Wildcat Management hoping to build $150M project in Mansfield

Wildcat Management Looking to Mansfield for $150M Mixed-Use Project

Locally based development and investment firm Wildcat Management hopes to build Castle Ranch in the southern Fort Worth suburb of Mansfield. The $150 million project would include apartments, townhomes, retail and restaurant space and coworking office space, as well a multitude of pocket parks, walkable streets, sidewalks and pedestrian paths. The development would also connect to a new city park and trail system, both of which under construction.

Wildcats Trish Ragan says, “I am excited about the opportunity to apply Wildcat’s years of community building and urban renewal experience in downtown Dallas toward Mansfield’s visionary efforts. Our public-private partnership will yield benefits to generations of Mansfield’s citizens.”

The Dallas developer must first submit plans to the city among other crucial steps before moving forward. Groundbreaking of Castle Ranch is slated for 2024.
