Wiggin Properties Acquires Property Client Services LLC

Wiggin Properties LLC, headquartered in Oklahoma City, strengthened its Tulsa presence, acquiring Property Client Services LLC for an undisclosed amount. Gail Fair, former PCS owner, relocated herself and her team to Wiggin’s Meridian Tower, 5100 E. Skelly Dr. in Tulsa.

Fair’s team is managing property operations for retail, industrial and office assets in the Tulsa area. Meanwhile, Wiggin’s multifamily and mixed-use properties remain the purview of its property management team, located in Tulsa’s Mayo 420 Building.

“Wiggin Properties is an innovative, Oklahoma-based company with a unique service mix that sets it apart from other commercial real estate firms,” Fair told the Oklahoman. “The opportunity to join Wiggin Properties and expand the services we can provide our clients is the realization of a long-held goal.”
