A company that distributes high-end wigs and other hair pieces is moving from South Carolina to the New Jersey Meadowlands. Sky Trading signed a lease for 11,300 square feet at 150 Commerce Rd. in Carlstadt, NJ.

“Smaller-sized industrial space is in high demand among tenants today, making 150 Commerce Road particularly attractive to a variety of users,” said Marc Schlussel, co-managing partner of Key Properties, the owner of the 30,000-square-foot industrial building.

Lee & Associates negotiated the transaction. Zakim & Zakim P.C. provided legal counsel for the tenant. The property is a 30-minute drive from Manhattan.
