Whiting Building, LLC has acquired a 119,500-square-foot Class A office building in Nashua, NH for $10.7 million. The property located at 30 Temple Street was about 80% occupied at the time of sale.

Robert Rohrer of Colliers represented the seller, Creg-Temple Street, LLC a R.J. Finlay & Co., LLC entity. Laura Nesmith, also of Colliers, assisted Whiting Building, LLC.
