White Plains Flex Comes to Market
CBRE has been named by Benfield Electric Supply to sell 55 Lafayette Ave., a two-story light industrial flex building in the Town of North Castle in North White Plains, NY. The firm’s William Cuddy, Jacqueline Novotny and Ryan Christie will lead the sales and marketing efforts.
Spanning 17,000 square feet, 55 Lafayette includes 8,500 square feet of warehouse space on one level, with 4,000 square of finished office space and an additional 4,500 square feet of vacant warehouse space on the second level.
“55 Lafayette is coming to market at a time when the industrial market in White Plains is extremely tight and there is very limited sale product available,” said Cuddy.
The property is situated on the western side of Lafayette Avenue, with direct access to the Bronx River and Taconic State Parkways, connecting the building to surrounding towns in Westchester County as well as New York City.
