White Oak REIT Acquires MOBs in Ohio, Minnesota
White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT has acquired four Class-A medical office buildings in Ohio and Minnesota for an undisclosed sum. The four assets total 112,000 square feet and are fully leased to a diverse group of physician practices and surgery centers.
The three facilities in Ohio are located in the greater Cleveland area. They include the Chardon Surgery Center in Chardon, OH, near TriPoint Medical Center; the Parschauer Eye Clinic in Sandusky, OH, near Firelands Regional Medical Center; and a multi-tenant building anchored by Southwest Urology in Middleburg Heights, OH, near Southwest General Medical Center. The Fischer Laser Eye Center and surgery center is located in Willmar, MN, in close proximity to Rice Memorial Hospital.
