White Eagle Acquires 228-Unit MF Property in Decatur

White Eagle Property Group acquired Atlantic North Decatur, a 228-unit apartment community in Decatur. The sales price was undisclosed. Located at 645 Dekalb Industrial Way, the property is nearby the Centers for Disease Control headquarters and Emory University, as well as a new Whole Foods-anchored retail center.

Shead Campbell, Kevin Geiger and Don Hoffman of CBRE represented the seller, Atlantic Pacific Cos., in the transaction.

White Eagle plans to embark on a significant improvement of the interiors of the community, as well as implementing upgrades to the common area amenity spaces at the property. After the improvements, the property will be rebranded to the Avenues at North Decatur.
