Whispering Canyon Offers Build-Ready Custom Lots

Whispering Canyon, a master-planned community in the high desert of Prescott surrounded by Prescott National Forest, is releasing 28 new residential lots in phase five of the development. The new phase offers full custom lots and 24 ready-to-build packages.

The floorplans are designated based on the lot and floorplan layout, topography and views from each parcel. Designating the parcels in advance assists buyers by streamlining construction and the decision-making process.

Phase five floorplan options range from 2,100 square feet with two bedrooms and a den to slightly more than 2,550 square feet with three bedrooms, an office and 2.5 baths. Each new home in the community includes a three-car garage and a limited number of detached RV garage packages. Each homesite is a minimum of a half-acre.

“With the growing interest by people relocating from elsewhere in Arizona and across the Western United States and Canada over the past year, we put together a plan to address the need for ready-to-build new custom home lots,” said Cole Johnson, developer of Whispering Canyon. Located at Whispering Canyon Drive and Williamson Valley Road, Whispering Canyon’s new lot and home package sales are managed by Better Homes and Gardens’ The Norkus Group’s Prescott team.
