Wheelock Street Capital Acquires 87K-SF Industrial Facility in Lithia Springs

Wheelock Street Capital has acquired Westfork Commerce Center, a 86,630-square-foot light industrial facility in Lithia Springs. The sales price was undisclosed.

Completed in 2020, the property is located at 242 Westfork Court and is less than three miles from Austell Norfolk Southern Intermodal Terminal. The facility includes 2,000 square feet of dedicated office space, an ESFR sprinkler system, LED lighting, 24-foot clear heights, 60-foot deep dock bays and 34 dock doors, including two drive-ins. Ryan Blackburn and Jordan Camp of Foundry Commercial have been tapped to handle the leasing and management of the recently acquired property.

“We remain bullish on the prospects for well-located, infill industrial properties within the fast-growing southeast markets,” said Hunter Jones, principal at Wheelock Street Capital. “Westfork Commerce Center’s location and access offer small and mid-size tenants a great option within the greater Atlanta market. We are excited to be working with Foundry and look forward to welcoming future tenants to the building.”
