Wheelock Acquires Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel for $101M

Greenwich, CT-based real estate investor Wheelock Street Capital acquired the 507-room Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel. The sales price was reported as $101 million.

Located at 1031 Virginia Ave., the property is Atlanta’s ninth largest hotel and is situated on the north side of Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. Amenities at the hotel include office rental, a fitness center, pool, billiards and a barber shop.

Virginia-based Park Hotels & Resorts was the seller. The hotel was the firm’s only property in Georgia.
