Wharton Properties Buys $14M West Village MF 

Wharton Properties has acquired a six-story multifamily building in the West Village from Michael Laub for $13.5 million.  

Located at 14 Bedford Street, The 12,860-square-foot building features 21 residential units and two ground-floor commercial spaces. At the time of the sale, the building was 76% free-market.  

Rosewood Realty Group’s Aaron Jungreis, Ben Khakshoor and Alex Fuchs represented both the buyer and seller.
