WeWork Takes Another Four Floors in Manhattan
WeWork expanded its footprint in New York, taking 85,000 square feet at Capital Properties’ 115 Broadway. The Financial District deal covers floors four through seven at the 21-story Trinity Center complex. The co-working company has five other FiDi locations and 42 sites across New York City.
The recently renovated two-building complex between Thames and Cedar Streets was built in 1907, and totals one million square feet. The property is home to such creative tenants as GyroHSR, Rock Shrimp Productions, Champalimaud Design and Paperless Post.
Savitt Partners’ Michael Schoen represented the tenant. CBRE’s Adam Foster, Brad Gerla, Adam Leshowitz and Mike Rizzo represented the landlord.
