WeWork Signs 58K-SF Lease at Halcyon Development in Forsyth County

International co-working provider WeWork has signed a 57,921-square-foot lease at Halcyon, a new mixed-use development in the Cumming Forsyth submarket of Atlanta. The lease will mark WeWork’s second suburban Atlanta location, after the co-working giant’s recently-announced location at 1155 Perimeter Center West, near the Sandy Springs MARTA station.

WeWork will lease the top two floors of Halcyon’s four-story 1200 Building, which is located above street-level retail. The lease brings the total office space leased for Halcyon’s first phase to 100%. Halcyon will include 250,000 square feet of office space.

Tom Miller and Justen Cimino of NKF represented the landlord, RocaPoint Partners, in the lease transaction. Sam Hollis and Clinton McKellar of Cushman & Wakefield represented WeWork.
