WeWork in 457K-SF Mountain View Sublease with LinkedIn

WeWork Enterprise is subleasing roughly 457,000 square feet at The Village at San Antonio Station in Mountain View, CA from LinkedIn. The shared workspace company is reportedly already in negotiations with Amazon and Facebook to take some of that space. The sublease would be one of the Silicon Valley’s largest deals of 2017.

The two, six-story buildings are part of a 56-acre mixed-use project being developed by San Francisco-based Merlone Geier. The site also has 556,000 square feet of future office expansion options.

The development is planned to include more than 20 restaurants a 330-unit apartment community, a 168-room Hyatt Centric Village Hotel and Conference Center, an eight-screen cinema, as well as two 24-hour fitness centers. The Village at San Antonio Station complex is located at San Antonio Road and California Street, near a Caltrain stop.
