WeWork Heading to Fort Worth

The New York-based co-working office company WeWork announced plans to open a 44,000-square-foot office in Fort Worth. Specifically, the shared office firm, which has a presence in Dallas’ Uptown, Downtown and Far North submarkets, will be hanging its shingle in the Clearfork mixed-use development at 5049 Edwards Ranch. The 270-acre Clearfork development, on Chisholm Trail Parkway, includes retail, restaurants, medical facilities and office space.

“We’re encouraged by the interest and growth we’ve seen in the Metroplex, and we’re excited to bring our community to Fort Worth,” WeWork’s Adam Wacenske told the Dallas Morning News. The office is set to open in 2018, and will have enough room to accommodate 850 workers.
