WeWork Claims Two Floors at Irvine Tower

WeWork leased 44,520 square feet at Irvine Company’s 21-story 400 Spectrum Center Dr. in Irvine, CA. The global co-working giant will occupy the 18th and 19th floors.

The building features the sleek, modern design of world-renowned architect Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, with 10-foot, floor-to-ceiling glass providing plenty of natural light and unobscured 360-degree views that make the nearly 430,000-square-foot buildings appealing from inside and out.

The deal brings 400 Spectrum Center to more than 80% leased. WeWork joins the roster of industry-leading companies at 400 Spectrum Center that includes cybersecurity artificial intelligence innovator Cylance, which occupies six floors, and law firm Womble Bond Dickinson, LLP, which recently took 17,700 square feet at the property.

WeWork also leases two floors from Irvine Company at both 200 Spectrum Center Drive and Pacific Arts Plaza in Costa Mesa.
