Westway II Adds Six New Industry-Specific Tenants Amid Strong Leasing

Cushman & Wakefield recently arranged six leases totaling 35,386 square feet at Westway II, a class-A office building located in Houston. Located at 4424 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. North in Westway Park at Clay Road and the West Sam Houston Parkway, the 10-story Westway II totals 242,374 square feet.

Chip Colvill and Cameron Colvill of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Griffin Realty Trust, in the lease negotiations.

“With an excellent highly visible location in the western suburbs of Houston and the completion of a recent multi-million-dollar renovation creating a best-in-class amenity package, Westway II has experienced strong leasing activity from an exceptional and industry-diverse group of tenants, which we expect to continue throughout the coming months,” said Chip Colvill.
