Westville, an American fare restaurant, is set to open its eighth New York City location at 2290 Broadway, marking its debut on the Upper West Side.  

Spanning 4,300 square feet across a ground floor, lower level, and outdoor dining space, the restaurant will accommodate around 115 patrons. “We have long believed that every neighborhood in New York City should have its own Westville,” said Jay Strauss, Founder and Partner of Westville. “With this goal in mind and an endless number of requests for us to open a location on the Upper West Side, we felt this location was a natural expansion for our business.” 

Doug Kleiman and Eric Fisher of RIPCO Real Estate serves as the broker for Westville Restaurants across New York City. Craig Slosberg of Newmark represented the landlord in this transaction. The restaurant is anticipated to serve the community in late 2023.
