Westside picks up distressed Centennial asset

Westside Snaps Up Discounted Centennial Offices

Westside Investment Partners focuses on distressed asset purchases, and they found a good candidate in the Campus at Waterview. They paid $27 million for the three-building office asset. The Denver Business Journal reports the buildings were last purchased for $66.85 million in August 2014. The seller of the campus was Barings, a global asset management firm. Barings has over $431 billion in global investments

The campus is located near Interstate 25, close to other retail and dining opportunities. Notable businesses nearby include Park Meadows Mall and the Centennial Airport.

Some of the current tenants include telecommunications service provider RingCentral, The Hanover Insurance Group and mining company Orica USA.

Westside’s website says that it has sold $3 billion worth of assets. It has over 30 active projects.
