Westport Unveils Plans for Class-A Industrial Facility in Perris

Westport Properties, a commercial real estate owner/operator, has announced plans to develop a 100,000-square-foot Class-A Industrial building at the intersection of Ramona Expressway and Brennan Avenue in Perris, CA. The company acquired the land this past September.

“As e-commerce and the industrial industry continues to grow, we remain bullish on developing and managing properties in highly desirable submarkets with great fundamentals like Perris. The Inland Empire is a market of tremendous interest for Westport and our investors, and we remain hard at work in identifying new development opportunities,” said Westport CEO Charles Byerly.

The facility will feature 36’ clear height, secured truck court, ESFR sprinklers, 11 dock doors and 6,000 square feet of office space. Ground breaking is scheduled for late 2023, with delivery set for late 2024. Alex Smith and Herrick Johnson of Lee & Associates will oversee leasing of the single-tenant building.
