Westport Properties Takes Over PM Duties for Storage Facility

Westport Properties was recently named the property manager for a 240-unit self-storage facility located at 42034 3rd St. East in Lancaster. The facility was recently acquired by Small Town Storage.  Westport Properties is the exclusive management partner of the entire Small Town Storage portfolio.

“This is our third asset under management in the Antelope Valley and we look forward to expanding our footprint in this market,” said Charles Byerly, CEO of Westport Properties.

This facility is near State Route 14 and the heavily traveled Sierra Highway. The 58,000-square-foot facility features climate-controlled units, electronic gated access and 24-hour video surveillance as well as auto, boat and RV storage.
