Weston, ARCO Break Ground on Ohio Industrial Facility
ARCO recently broke ground on a 207,740-square-foot speculative industrial facility for repeat developer client Weston, Inc.
Located in Columbus, Ohio, the facility is strategically situated directly across from the John Glenn Columbus International Airport. The facility’s Central Ohio location provides immediate access to I-670, I-270, Highway 62, and a population of more than 1.4 million people within a 15-mile radius.
Divisible to 36,660 square feet, the facility can accommodate industrial users across various industry types, including light manufacturing. The property will feature tilt-up concrete construction, 17 dock positions, two drive-in ramps, two main entrances, and ample car and trailer parking.
