Commercial real estate owner-operator Westmount Realty Capital, LLC has selected Lincoln Property Company Southeast to provide its on-demand mobile facility maintenance service, Lincoln FleetFix, to more than 1.26 million square feet of commercial properties in Metro Atlanta.

Lincoln Property Company Southeast will oversee HVAC, electrical and plumbing maintenance at the Westmount Realty Capital, LLC properties. Lincoln FleetFix offers preventative maintenance programs, one-time repair projects and emergency response for office, industrial and retail properties.

“Since launching FleetFix four years ago, we have worked to grow our mobile engineering service footprint across Metro Atlanta and Savannah to change the game in facility maintenance,” said Lincoln Property Company Southeast’s director of engineering, Jesse Kave. “Our aim is to equip properties across the market with quality maintenance services for those that do not have in-house staff, saving both time and money with preventative measures.”

Dallas, TX-based Lincoln Property Company has developed over 239 million square feet of office, industrial and retail projects plus 216,000 apartments.
