Westlake Village Life Science Campus Launches Construction

Westlake Labs, a 100,000-square-foot life science campus in Westlake Village, is currently under construction for 35,000 square feet of speculative lab and office. Gray Matter by Graymark Capital, in partnership with Argosy Real Estate Partners, purchased the building earlier this year.

The buyers hired BAM Creative, ACOCM and HITT to design, engineer and construct a Class A life science space consisting of 50% lab and 50% office, which is divisible to two tenants.

The conversion of this corporate headquarters building will support the growing life science community of the Conejo Valley. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024. Westlake Labs is being marketed by the CBRE team of Tom Dwyer, Caroline Bigelow, Jeff Pion and Andrew Riley.

Connect Orange County will take place Sept. 27, 2023 at VEA | Newport Beach Marriott in Newport Beach, concurrently with Connect Healthcare Real Estate on Sept. 27 and 28. Click here to register for Connect Orange County, and here to register for Connect Healthcare Real Estate.
