Westin Grand Central Lands Refi From Apollo 

JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group has arranged a new floating-rate loan for the refinancing of the Westin Grand Central, a 774-key hotel in New York City. The loan was secured from funds managed by Apollo. The amount of the loan was not disclosed. 

The hotel, located in Midtown Manhattan, is owned by a global investment management firm. JLL’s team, led by Kevin Davis and Mark Fisher, facilitated the transaction.
