Western Realco, AEW Plan Fullerton Industrial Business Park
A new Fullerton industrial business park is in the works.
Developer Western Realco, and its partner AEW Capital Management, recently purchased a site of almost eight acres from LBA Realty.
An 88,664-square-foot office building currently sits on the property where the joint-venture team plans to build.
CBRE represented the sellers, while DTZ brokered on the buyer end.
