Westdale Inks First Tenants at Downtown Dallas Tower
Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management signed its first tenants at The Epic, a 16-story office tower in Downtown Dallas. Spaces, a pioneer in offering creative and flexible working environments, leased 47,026 square feet, developer Westdale claimed more than 39,000 square feet, and Komodo restaurant will occupy 22,200 square feet on the ground floor.
The 251,000-square-foot contemporary workplace is within The Epic’s eight-acre mixed-use development at 2550 Pacific Ave. Slated to deliver Q1 2019, the office is being developed by Westdale and KDC, at the confluence of Downtown Dallas, Deep Ellum and the Dallas Farmers Market.
Amenities include 55,000 square feet of restaurant and retail, a fitness center, office terraces, multiple collaborative areas, a bike storage area, and a seventh-floor rooftop amenity deck.
CBRE’s Steve Rigby, Baron Aldrine, Mike Kay, Peter Danna and Mike Cleary represented Spaces. CBRE’s Dennis Barnes, Tommy Nelson and Ben Davis advised Epic Dallas Office, LP. CBRE’s Jack Gosnell and Elizabeth Herman executed the Komodo lease.
