Westcore Sells March Air Logistics Center to Crow Holdings Industrial
Dallas-based Crow Holdings Industrial acquired the 277,270-square-foot March Air Logistics Center from Westcore Properties. The off-market transaction for the air cargo and industrial facility at the March Inland Port (formerly March Air Force Base) was completed for an undisclosed amount.
The property, located at 17101 Heacock St. in Riverside, CA, has direct runway access to March Inland Port, as well as one million square feet of ramp area for aircraft taxiway and parking, and has extensive trailer parking. The building offers expansion options, as well as 170,800 square feet of space to lease-up. The property is designated part of a Foreign Trade Zone.
Westcore’s Hack Adams says, “Through an existing relationship with Crow Industrial, we knew that this property would align with Crow’s acquisition criteria. It’s a tremendously unique property with enough space to park eight Boeing 747-400 aircraft.”
CBRE’s Jim Koenig, David Consani and Katrin Gist represented Westcore, while Crow Holdings was self-represented.
