Westcore Properties Acquires Two-Building R&D Property in San Jose
Connect Bay Area is coming up May 17th. Here is where to get more information and register.
San Diego-based Westcore Properties acquired Silicon Valley Research Center in San Jose from LBA for an undisclosed sum. The two R&D buildings total nearly 80,000 square feet.
Building one, at 1110 Ringwood Ct., contains 46,040-square-feet of shell-condition space. Building two, at 1120 Ringwood Ct., offers 32,552-square-feet of turnkey space. Both buildings were vacant at the time of purchase.
Westcore Properties’ Peter Mette says, “We see an opportunity to create value in this project; Silicon Valley continues to experience healthy tenant demand. We will commit substantial capital to further enhance the image and function of the property.”
CBRE’s Bob Steinbock and Scott Prosser represented LBA in the transaction. Westcore was self-represented.
