Westcore Grabs North County Industrial for $26M
San Diego-based commercial real estate investor Westcore has acquired a 184,541-square-foot, high-finish industrial building in North San Diego County at 2620 Commerce Way in Vista, CA, from Denver-based Everwest Real Estate Investors for $26.4 million.
The building, called Vista Commerce, features 14 dock-high doors, six grade-level doors, 27-foot clear height, ample power and an all-concrete truck yard, characteristic appealing to logistics driven warehouse users, last mile and outward bound alike.
Westcore plans to increase efficiency at the property by re-configuring exterior and interior areas, including a two-story corporate entry and existing office areas.
CBRE’s Darla Longo and Rebecca Perlmutter represented Everwest in the transaction, while Westcore represented itself. Roger Carlson and Blake Wilson, also with CBRE, will market Vista Commerce, which is well suited for one to two light manufacturing or warehouse users.
This is the first property acquired by Westcore since closing a separately-managed account with CIGNA Investment Management.
