Westchase Park Owner Inks Deals Totaling 187K SF
Clarion Partners LLC, owner of the 569,825-square-foot Westchase Park in Houston, signed two leases and one renewal totaling 187,054 square feet. The tenants will occupy Westchase Park I and II, at 2700 and 2600 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. N. in the Westchase submarket. Transwestern’s Eric Anderson, Parker Burkett and Katy Gragg represented Clarion in all three transactions.
The deals are as follows:
- L.J.A. Engineering leased 98,989 square feet. Anthony Squillante and Dustan Devine with Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant.
- Centurion Pipeline Co. LLC leased 28,078 square feet. Transwestern’s Lonna Dorman represented the tenant.
- ABB Inc. renewed its lease for 67,987 square feet. Beau Bellow and Josh Hirsch with JLL were the tenant representatives.
“The leasing success at the two buildings is indicative of the flight-to-quality trend occurring across the Houston market,” Anderson said. “We see companies increasingly seeking out exceptional, amenitized office space to enhance recruitment and retention of employees.”
