West Virginia MF Property Trades for $10M

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $10 million sale of Elmtree Townhouse Apartments, a 97-unit multifamily property in Martinsburg, W.V.

Built in 2006, the two-story property consists of a mix of two- and three-bedroom floor plans. The property is located at 125 Winslow Drive, four miles north of downtown Martinsburg and five miles from the West Virginia-Maryland border.

Dana Newton, Mike Maxwell and Francis McGuire of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was also a private investor.
