West Village Condo Lands $144M Construction Loan 

Apollo has provided a $114 million construction loan for the development of 140 Jane Street in the West Village. The 11-story, 15-unit condominium project is developed by Aurora Capital Associates. The property will offer floor plans of three-, four-, five-, and six-bedrooms. 

Founded by Robert Cayre, Aurora Capital Associates has a diverse real estate portfolio across New York City, Miami, Chicago, and other major US cities, with a focus on blending modern construction with the historic character of their surroundings.  

Newmark brokered the deal with a team led by Dustin Stolly, Jordan Roeschlaub, Christopher Kramer, Nick Scribani and Benjamin Kroll.
