Essex Realty Group has brokered the sale of 1455 W. Huron St., a five-unit walk-up apartment building located in the West Side’s Noble Square/West Town neighborhood. The sale price was approximately $1.025 million; buyer and seller were not disclosed.

The property is situated on the south side of Huron Avenue, between Ashland Avenue and Noble Street. It’s located just steps from several well-known Chicago destinations, such as Beatnik and Beauty Bar.

In addition, the property is located within walking distance of multiple CTA bus stops along Ashland and Chicago avenues, as well as the Chicago CTA Blue Line Station.
