West Texas Centers Heads to New Admin HQ

West Texas Centers (WTC) announced development of a new administrative headquarters in Big Spring, TX. WTC is one of the state’s 39 community centers providing mental health and intellectual developmental disability services, and it will be relocating to its new space due to growth.

The new building, known as the Amanda and G. Brint Ryan Center, will be 15,000 square feet, and situated on 4th Street, between Johnson and Nolan Streets. Caprock Holdings LLC, a real estate development venture of G. Brint Ryan, is the developer. The Ryan Foundation contributed funds to assist with the building’s construction.

The nonprofit WTC, currently located at 1501 W. 11th Place in the West Texas town of Big Spring, is home to 15 mental health centers and 23 additional community locations that reaches out to rural populations across 23 Texas counties.
