West Side Storage Sells to Fort Worth Buyer

West Side Storage, a 278-unit, 44,500-square-foot storage facility in Springtown, TX, sold to a Fort Worth-based storage operator. Brandon Karr and Danny Cunningham with Marcus & Millichap represented the local seller/developer in the transaction.

Situated on four acres at 1050 W. State Highway 199, the facility consists of 15 buildings that were built from 1999 through 2018. During the marketing period, the brokers generated multiple offers at or above the list price, with the seller ultimately going with the Fort Worth buyer.

The drive-up storage units range in size from 100 to 300 square feet. The facility offers garage-style roll-up doors, gated entry, perimeter fencing and lighting, 24-hour surveillance cameras and a new manager’s office.
