West Shore Broadens Bryan Footprint, Acquires 261-Unit Broadstone Traditions

West Shore LLC boosted its presence in Bryan, TX, acquiring the 261-unit Broadstone Traditions from Alliance Residential Co. The complex is situated in the mixed-use, master-planned, 1,000-acre Traditions Community. It is also near Texas A&M University.

The Boston-based buyer plans to integrate the multifamily complex at 8000 Atlas Pear Dr. into the adjacent 8085 at Traditions complex, a 396-unit property, at 8085 Atlas Pear. West Shore owned and operated 8085 at Traditions since 2018, and the newly combined complexes represents the company’s largest multifamily asset. West Shore also owns and operates the 318-unit SoCo at Tower Point in next-door College Station, TX.

8085 at Traditions (of which Broadstone Traditions will soon be a part) offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units, along with three resort-style swimming pools, poolside cabanas, lounge areas and sun decks. Other amenities include three fitness centers, outdoor kitchens and grilling stations, three dog parks, pet-washing stations, electric car-charging stations and fully-equipped business centers with private conference rooms.
