West Shore Appoints Amanda Kitts as VP of Property Management 

Multifamily real estate firm West Shore has appointed Amanda Kitts as vice president of property management. With a background spanning 24 years in the multifamily housing industry, Kitts will oversee the management of West Shore’s national portfolio of 46 properties across the Sun Belt region. Her responsibilities include financial operations, staff development, and ensuring operational excellence.  

Previously Senior Vice President of Property Management at Northwood Ravin, Kitts has been involved in successful lease-ups and property acquisitions.
