West Shore Adds to College Station Apartment Portfolio

West Shore LLC, a multifamily investment firm headquartered in Boston, closed on the acquisition of Broadstone Lake Walk at 8175 Atlas Pear Dr. in College Station. The 315-unit apartment community, newly opened, joins West Shore’s other investments in Bryan-College Station.

Broadstone Lake Walk will be integrated into the adjacent 8085 at Traditions community, itself an integration of two properties that West Shore acquired in 2018 and 2019 to become Lake Walk at Traditions Apartments. West Shore also owns and operates SoCo at Tower Point, a 318-unit community in College Station.

The company also closed recently on acquisitions in Daytona Beach, FL and Savannah, GA. “We are particularly proud to report that our growing portfolio continues to deliver superior operating performance,” said Lee Rosenthal, president of West Shore. “These new acquisitions provide both location and amenities that offer long-term value and are examples of West Shore’s commitment to continued expansion.”
