West Monroe Relocates Minneapolis Offices

West Monroe Partners is relocating its Minneapolis office to United Properties’ The Nordic mixed-use development in the city’s North Loop. The Chicago-based consulting, creative and technology firm will lease more than 42,000 square feet there to accommodate its expanded local team and future growth projections, and expects an April move-in.

With nine offices across the United States, West Monroe doubled its Minneapolis team last October with the acquisition of GoKart Labs. “Already, we are seeing tremendous impact from integrating the respective consulting, creative, and technology talents of West Monroe and GoKart Labs, so it has been a priority for us to find space where we can bring everyone together,” said Tom Ewers, managing director and Minneapolis office leader.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Peter Fitzgerald represented West Monroe. Fitzgerald also handles leasing for The Nordic’s ownership, alongside colleagues Tom Tracy and Katie Tufford.

Connect Industrial Midwest is coming to Rosemont, IL on March 4. For more information, or to register, click here.
