West Monroe Partners Joins One Arts Plaza Roster

West Monroe Partners, a business and technology consulting firm, took space at One Arts Plaza, a mixed-use property in the Dallas Arts District. The new tenant inked a deal for 11,767 square feet with developer/landlord Billingsley Co., with plans to relocate from its current digs at Mockingbird Station in early 2019.

Layne Mayfield with CBRE represented West Monroe, while Sarah Hinkley and Luke Walter of Thirty-Four Commercial represented Billingsley Co. and One Arts Plaza.

The 516,048-square-foot One Arts Plaza is the first of three buildings situated at 1722 Routh St. The development offers ground-floor restaurants and retail, 39,000 rentable square feet per floor and on-site parking.
