West Midtown Office Tower Inks Octet of Leases

Adams & Co. arranged eight new leases totaling 12,547 square feet at 110 W. 40th St. in Midtown Manhattan. David Levy and Brett Maslin of Adams & Co. represented the landlord, One Ten West Fortieth Associates, in each transaction. 

The deals included the following:  

  • A three-year, 876-square-foot lease with Yeig International US, Inc,. 
  • A two-year, 988-square-foot lease with Row New York, Inc. 
  • A one-year, 876-square-foot lease with Naxo Labs LLC. 
  • A four-year, 1,649-square-foot lease with Burch Creative Capital LLC, 
  • A five-year, 3,122-square-foot lease with Foundation Capital Partners.  
  • A five-year, 2,637-square-foot lease with Copper Hill Development, Inc. 
  • A three-year and three-month, 926-square-foot lease with Crafted Interiors Design + Build LLC. 
  • A three-year, 1,473-square-foot lease with Kim & Serritella LLP.

Jeff Buslik of Adams & Co. represented Burch Creative Capital. Jon Franzel of Newmark represented Naxo Labs.
